This local Builder / Developer is changing the Gold Coast Skyline. With a number of projects coming up in 2025, this builder will set the standard in design and innovation. Having a wealth of large project experience up and down the East Coast of Australia, this builder is a leader in luxury residential and plans on taking full advantage of the current market. With a strong culture based on honesty and integrity this client is looking to add a senior CA to their first-class team of construction professionals.
Your new role
This role will see you working on a future award-winning project in the heart of the Gold Coast. As a part of a dynamic and high-performing team, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and Company Director. You will be supported by a small team of administrators and ultimately be responsible for managing the financial outcomes for the project. From procurement of trades, progress claims, ongoing contract management, variations and more. You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on Design issues.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have a positive attitude and be a strong communicator. It is essential that you are able to add value to this dynamic culture with a work ethic and proactive attitude that matches the team around you.
You will also have the following qualities and qualifications:
Degree qualifications in construction management or Quantity Surveying 10+ years contract administrator experience Strong commercial acumen Exposure to projects over $50m and 20 storey. What you need to do now
