About the role We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Contracts Administrator or a Contract Administrator to join our expanding onsite team at RM Watson. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this key role will be responsible for the overall support of subcontractor engagement, management of all documentation and the administering of contracts and costs associated with subcontractors. You will work directly with our experienced project management team to deliver multiple concurrent projects.
The Tasks: You will undertake detailed reviews of subcontract prices and scope of worksPreparation of subcontractor packages and procurement of required WUC and confirm nominated subcontractors and prepare subcontract agreements ready for approval by the project managerManage all reporting required by the client, including status reporting, project reports, program reporting, risk reporting, ensuring all reporting has sufficient content and is submitted on timeLiaise with estimators on all project variation costing, issuance of variations by CAManage notice of delays and extensions of timeAdminister RFI's to clients, consultants and project managersPrepare and process progress claims ready for review by management, issue project warranty documents and prepare and issue certificates of practical completionAbout you: Bachelor of Construction Management preferred but not required.3+ years' experience in a similar role in the construction industryExperience in remedial building highly desiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work to multiple deadlinesHigh level of computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointMake 2025 the year that you advance your career - Apply today!
