Senior Contract Administrator

Our client is a leading national construction company seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team and work on various new-build commercial projects. This well-established company, with over 40 years in the industry, is recognised for its quality and commitment to clients and employees. With a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from early-stage packages to $300 million builds, the company is known for its strong relationships with blue-chip clients and its award-winning work.

The role supports the Project Management team in successfully delivering projects, ensuring they meet financial targets and align with company standards.

Key Responsibilities: Producing project documentsManaging subcontractor scopesEnsuring legal complianceAdministering project controlsThe successful candidate will use tools like Jobpac for project administration and will be integral to project success through effective management of contracts and subcontractor performance.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, or similar fields, along with significant experience as a Contracts Administrator on large commercial or residential builds. Strong negotiation skills, knowledge of tender processes, and a deep understanding of construction costs are essential, as well as a solid grasp of legal and commercial contract issues.
