The Role Senior Contract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, both upstream and downstream. From procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations and more.
You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on design issues and remedies.
You will be based out of the Brisbane office and/or site.
The Project You will be the lead CA on a $60m luxury apartment tower on the CBD fringes. The project is 12 levels with no basement. It is due to start in March '25, so there is plenty of time to get in early and take complete ownership.
There will be no compromise on the finishes of these high-end apartments.
About You Most importantly, you will be a humble team player!
The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 8 years + experience working on similar projects.
You will be well entrenched in the local market with strong consultant and subcontractor relationships.
You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy, and integrity to want to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
Remuneration There is a salary package of up to $200k + project completion bonuses for the right candidate.
