Administer and manage commercial construction contracts from inception to completion.
Prepare, review, and maintain all contract-related documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Prepare regular reports on contract status, financials, and project progress for senior management and stakeholders.

Due to team expansion, they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their team in the new year.
Essential skills and knowledge  li]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li]:py-2 [&_p]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li>ul>li]:pl-0 pl-4 jobrequirements"> Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
( Required ) 7+ years of post-university experience within the commercial construction industry ( Required ) Exposure to commercial projects $100m+ ( Required ) Proven tenure in recent positions Able to create reports and analyse data.
Solid reporting and presentation skills.
Demonstrates high level of initiative and motivation.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience using Jobpac, Procore, Hammertech and the Microsoft Suite.
