About The Opportunity

With a new $35mil mid-rise apartment project on the western side of the CBD, this builder developer requires a Senior CA to provide the project's commercial leadership. You will work with the PM to manage the client, the head contract, procurement, and financial reporting, while leading a Junior CA who will look to you for advice and direction, assisting you with procurement and managing the sub-contracts.

What You Will Need To Succeed

They are looking for a Senior CA who has experience running similar size projects.
