Michael Page are currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Administrator role for a highly respected commercial builder based on the fringe of Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the delivery of build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value.
Client Details Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, multi-residential, health-care, education and government sectors. This includes new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value. Their Senior Management team is compromised of a number highly respected figures within the Brisbane market. The next stage of their growth requires a Senior Contracts Administrator to both lead commercial activity on projects as well taking on a mentor-ship role for the wider project delivery teams.
Description Key responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead on head contract and sub-contract negotiationsCommercial and financial responsibility on projects up to $20mLeading and mentoring Contract Administrators, Project Coordinators and Cadets within the businessProfile Selection criteria will include:
Demonstrated commercial success within the building construction sectorStrong capability delivering profitable projects in the $1-20m rangeExcellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualitiesJob Offer On offer:
