About The Opportunity

This project is with a repeat client building a new $70mil distribution facility near the airport for them. You will work with the PM to manage the client and the head contract, while leading two CA's who will look to you for advice and direction in managing the sub contracts.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Managing client expectations is an important part of this role, so the ability to communicate in a positive, non confrontational way is key. A degree in Construction Management or similar together with experience managing all commercial aspects of a project and leading / training CA's.
