Responsibilities:You'll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated Commercial leadership team whilst you provide end to end subcontractor contract administration based on a project, including but not limited to; Cost and head contract managementEstablish appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunitiesPreparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycle.Progress claims and variationsDemonstrate understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals (materials and services).Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex - training provided.
