Senior Contract Administrator - $150-200K Super

Our Client is one of Perth's most respected boutique builders.

We are looking to engage a Senior Contract Administrator to deliver two $8-10m mid to high end 3 to 4 storey apartment projects

About the position
   
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be working closely with the Site Manager. You will be responsible for working with the team to ensure the timely delivery of projects with a keen eye for detail and a good ability to establish strong relationships with subcontractors. You will enjoy working for a high performing team, with a manageable workload and flexibility in your hours. 

Responsibilities
Prepare scope of works  Procurement and scheduling Manage contracts and variations   Invoicing and documentation  Assist across programming and budgeting  Liaise with contractors, consultants and clients  Skills and Experience 
Tertiary qualification in building related course or trade background Local experience in Contracts Administration in the Building and Construction sector, working for a minimum of 5-8 years on projects in excess of $10m, experience working on retail projects will be highly regarded  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Perks & Benefits
