Around 400,000 people use their groundbreaking technology and forward-thinking platforms.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing and managing a team of four, you will be responsible for building comprehensive, commercial Content strategies across the short/mid/long-term planning process. You will lead the team to develop content pillars and outputs that align to the business' commercial objectives, and develop and execute programs of work that are integrated with brand, acquisition, engagement and retention activities. You will design and implement end-to-end content led campaigns across multiple channels, based on behavioural insights. As a content specialist yourself, you will be able to proactively identify opportunities for content to lead innovation across various channels, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Analytically minded, you will develop robust reporting frameworks to monitor and forecast engagement, and provide insights to optimise performance. Direct reports to this role include Content Editing, Website CMS, Market Analytics and Social Media specialists.About YouYou are a degree qualified, experienced content marketer, with a proven track record of working across complex organisations and delivering results through others. You have deep experience in content management and social media, and ideally bring proven experience in financial services or technology verticals. You have hands-on experience using Adobe CMS, Sprout Social, Canva and other development/editing tools. You have exceptional communication skills, are a skilled influencer and a resourceful problem solver. Conscious of your own leadership style, you have led a high performing team during periods of ambiguity.
