Senior Contaminated Land Consultant - Sydney About the Company A leading consultancy firm in Australia specialising in soil science and environmental remediation solutions are seeking an experienced Senior Contaminated Land Consultant to join their growing team in Sydney. They offer comprehensive services across contaminated land consultancy, remediation contracting, property services, soil recycling, and cutting-edge research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of project fee proposals and tenders.Provide project management and technical expertise for Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI), Detailed Site Investigations (DSI), and remediation projects.Conduct soil, vapor, and groundwater monitoring.Analyze data, interpret findings, and prepare comprehensive reports across various projects.Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.Key Requirements: Degree in environmental science, geology, soils, engineering, or hydrogeology, accompanied+8 years of experience in contaminated land consulting, with a focus on site investigation and remediation.Deep knowledge of NEQM 2013, waste regulations, and proficiency in asbestos and hazardous materials assessments.Strong technical background and passion for mentoring junior staff.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.If you are interested, please do apply with your CV and one of our consultants at LVI Associates will reach out.
