Short Description:
Seeking a Senior Consultant expert on UKG Dimensions (Kronos WFD) experience. The position will primarily be responsible for creating the Business Requirements Document (BRD), high-level design artifacts as well as detailed solution design, validating requirements with product offerings, and working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Interface with key stakeholders and apply your Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design.
Your Key Responsibilities Act as a functional expert in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules in UKG Dimensions.Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay.Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, etc.Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities.Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision.Motivated by, and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlines.Independent and self-directed.Strong oral and written communication skills.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.Australian citizens and those authorized to work in Australia are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.At least 6 years of experience in Implementation, Development, and Support projects related to Kronos WFC/WFD Applications.Preferred Qualifications Kronos Technical Consultant, with implementation experience (at least 4 projects).
