What's in it for you? As part of our Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team you will work across a variety of deals to develop your capabilities and assist clients to find financial, strategic, and operational solutions to improve liquidity, credit availability and returns to their stakeholders. Further, as a member of a multi-disciplinary, global team you will gain valuable experience across industries and geographies.
You will also:
Work with the team on formal insolvency engagements (such as, voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations), restructuring/turnaround advisory engagements and creditor advisory engagements (investigating accountant and pre-lending reviews). Have the opportunity to work with the other teams across Strategy and Transactions such as Transaction Diligence, Valuations and Business Modelling, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Advisory, Debt Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions, as needed to provide the best possible solution for our clients. Have completed a degree in commerce or law or equivalent. Any full-time or part-time restructuring, insolvency or accounting experience will be beneficial but not essential.
