Senior Consultant, Strategic Workforce Planning In this newly created role of Senior Consultant, Strategic Workforce Planning, you will play a key role in the establishment of a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) framework for NAB that will inform medium to long-term workforce strategies.
Responsibilities: Drive the adoption of the strategic workforce planning framework that enables NAB to proactively shape the workforce to ensure the right shape at the right time with the right capabilities at the right cost to meet its strategic objectives. Maintain and evolve the strategic workforce planning playbook and toolkits that address workforce challenges with a 3-year horizon, facilitate workforce strategy, action plans and support business decision making. Translate complex workforce data into a format tailored to the appropriate audience providing actionable insights. Facilitate workshops and interventions with executive teams focused on future workforce requirements vs current workforce state and develop action plans to close gaps. What you'll bring: Proven workforce management/planning experience within a complex, multi-regional business. Significant experience leading strategic workforce planning processes and interventions, with the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders. A track record of being able to synthesise complex, multi-layer data and insights into clear and actionable problem statements. Deep understanding of and use of project and change management methodologies along with the ability to right-size based on scope and scale.
