We're all about Smart People, Smart Processes and Smart Technology OUR ROLE As our new Lead Consultant , you'll join our growing Service Now Capability and contribute to our core advisory, solution delivery and client engagement actions. You will leverage your skills and expertise in the Service Now space to drive key outcomes for our practice and clients. Your day to day will vary but you can expect to: Utilise your deep domain knowledge to analyse and improve client business processes in areas such as IT Strategy & Operations, HR Management, Governance Risk & Security, Cyber Security Management and Customer Service Management. Collaborate with our clients to understand their operational challenges and design effective solutions aligning them to platform capabilities and business requirements. Leverage your consultancy skills on business process design, configuration, and optimisation. Lead projects and a dedicated team, ensuring high quality deliverables, successful implementation and high client satisfaction. Our projects are diverse, so you'll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, to hosting requirements workshops, helping work on solution designs and test planning, through to deployment and hyper care activities. Support pre-sales activities alongside our sales team and Service Now leadership team. Share your domain knowledge and insights with your fellow colleagues as we foster a team environment built on collaboration, feedback and mentorship across all levels. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE For your Service Now platform expertise, we're looking for you to demonstrate your knowledge in: The design and development of Service Now platform capabilities such as Platform Workflows (Technology, Customer, Creator, Employee). Service Now applications within those workflows. Core platform capabilities that can support business requirements – for example flow designer, playbooks, automation and AI. Service Now platform governance and considerations for scalability. Service Now development concepts and application in a client or project environment. Your certifications will include Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one or more CIS certifications such as CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops or ITOM. We'd also like to see: Your strong experience developing with languages/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST and SOAP communication protocols, working with SSL or designing authentication setups SAML 2.0. Experience defining Service Now requirements, building solution design documentation, or running functional workshops. Experience with practice/process frameworks such as ITIL, ISO standards, IT4 IT, and the like – whilst not mandatory for the role, would be fantastic to have on board. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, a high level of organisation and time management with the ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment. An analytical approach of "how can we do this?" to tackle any and all project situations. KEY ELIGIBILITY As you will be working to a Federal Government client, we are seeking Australian Citizens who have an active Baseline or higher security clearance or the ability to obtain one. LOCATION We're flexible! If you're in Canberra or Sydney you'll have the ability to connect with us in person (whilst also getting the balance to work from home), but we are also open to candidates in locations across the Australian East Coast.
