What you'll be doing Your mission is to help clients transform their Project Management practices and various business processes using the Smartsheet suite of solutions. You will be implementing dynamic modern work management solutions, leveraging workflow, automations and notifications as well as providing real-time reporting and dashboards.
You will be part of the initial engagement team that is pivotal in shaping solutions for clients. You will be engaged from the very start of projects, in the design and implementation of the solutions, providing guidance in the early stages of projects, as well as ongoing reviews of progress and operational direction.
You will develop use cases and requirements for technical solutions that are fit for purpose and provide demonstrable and meaningful improvements to the company's ability to operate.
Collaborate with teams and management to devise strategies that address the business requirements of our clientsAnalyse business requirementsDesign a process flow from inception through to archivalIntegrate solutions across the enterpriseImprove system performance by defining and helping conduct testing, troubleshooting, and integrating new remediation elements, whilst also implementing measures to ensure data accuracy and accessibilityDevelop and maintain formal documentation that describes the processes and procedures being deliveredProvide training and guidance to clients on how best to use the tools and gain greater ROI from their investment by extending their use casesIf you are an experienced Smartsheet user with knowledge of building business solutions using the Smartsheet platform and add-ons and are looking to broaden your skill set to include new technologies, this may be the role for you.
What will make you successful in this role? We are looking for a highly trainable self-starter, willing to undergo a 6-week Smartsheet training program.
• At least 1 year experience in project or program management within IT/Technology space or other industries OR
• Has completed degree/diploma/certificate in project management.
• Knowledge of Project Management best practices, Portfolio Management, Executive Reporting, and Workflow creation.
• Ability to conduct, capture, design, build and educate around PMO implementations and supporting processes.
• Experience using modern project and work management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Basecamp, etc.
