About Us Court Services Victoria (CSV) was established as an independent statutory body corporate to provide administrative and expert support to Victoria's system of self-administered courts. CSV provides corporate support services to the Supreme Court, the County Court, the Magistrate's Court, the Children's Court, the Coroner's Court, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Judicial College of Victoria, and the Judicial Commission of Victoria. These entities and CSV are collectively known as the 'Courts Group'.
About the Role The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager, Psychological Health and Safety, and the Director of Health Safety and Wellbeing, to implement an integrated approach for managing psychosocial risks within CSV. This position requires a collaborative approach, partnering with various jurisdictions across the Courts Group to develop and integrate operational wellbeing policies and evidence-based practices. The primary focus will be on delivering a wide range of proactive and responsive initiatives that prevent harm, promote good work practices, build capability, and deliver optimal health and safety outcomes over time.
Key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective wellbeing strategies and initiatives.Implementing evidence-based psychological health and safety practices in alignment with the organisational wellbeing framework.Facilitating workshops and intervention programs to employees and leaders.Supporting the development of policies and guidelines that drive health and safety outcomes.Providing expert advice and guidance on psychological wellbeing matters, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.Undertaking risk analysis evaluations and reporting.Contributing to the continuous improvement of wellbeing practices across the organisation. What you will bring: Robust understanding of psychosocial risk regulations and knowledge of contemporary frameworks on psychological health and safety and work design.Ability to approach complex health and safety challenges through an organisational psychology lens - drawing on principles and concepts relating to systems, research, program design, and evaluation.Adept at approaching challenges with curiosity, consulting with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and developing fit-for-purpose programs and policies.Well-developed project management skills, bringing a high attention to detail at all stages of project delivery and reporting.Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to translate complex, technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by diverse audiences.Proficient at preparing briefs and written reports.Preferred - Masters in Organisational Psychology (eligible for AHPRA registration and endorsement) or comparable tertiary qualifications in psychology.
