What you'll deliver with us
Reporting to the 'Head of Process Excellence, COE', this role is part of the establishment of a Centre of Excellence, which will ensure consistent methodologies, tools, processes, and overall capabilities across the enterprise, governed centrally and implemented within each business area.
You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of enterprise knowledge management framework and standard that fits for purpose whilst ensuring alignment with enterprise process governance and architecture model. You will work in partnership with Business Unit Process Excellence to drive standardisation in authoring standard operating procedures, quick reference guides and other visual guides; championing best practices, facilitating/embedding ownership & implementing knowledge management governance across the enterprise.
You'll also:
Develop and maintain the knowledge management framework to enable active process management and effective ownership.Develop and maintain knowledge management governance, standards and tools that fit for purpose.Design, facilitate training & provide coaching to uplift capabilities in authoring standard and best practices, including standard operating procedures, quick reference guides and other visual guides.Support COE and Business Unit Process Excellence team in implementing knowledge management governance and framework.Support process owners to adopt process ownership and active process management principles.About You
Min 5 years' experience in the knowledge management field, preferably within manufacturing and supply chain.Extensive experience in the application of knowledge management principles and tools within an operational and/or logistics environment.Strong understanding of the complex competitive logistics/supply chain environment, and what effective knowledge management can enable.Proven experience in partnering with cross-functional teams to embrace change, and develop and adopt knowledge management methodology, framework and tools that fit for purpose whilst driving standardisation.How we'll deliver for you
