Roles and Responsibilities:
Working on ISO 20022 phase 2 project where the transformation has to be implemented and followed by all banks globally.
Currently working on MT messages to MX messages transformation and working on the test approach and Test design for statements.
Worked on GPP-SP for SWIFT and international payments both invert and outward transaction statement and payment verification currently in design phase.
Handling complex delivery issues for Jarvis (CRM) development.
Design and implement AI for case management.
Managing and providing resolution to TIO Level-2 cases.
Expertise in using Optus internal tools and CRM for troubleshooting complaints.
Extraordinary risk assessment skills to balance business and consumer demands.
Client negotiation to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.
Reporting to director level to make changes in CRM to avoid fines.
Planning test cases and execution to confirm changes in CRM post production.
Providing test cases to confirm project delivery and maintain quality.
Client Relations.
Risk assessment pre and post launch including cost estimation.
Tackled with service issues post production deployment.
Testing live broadcast and quality of the content before going live.
Tested the broadcasting device.
Qualification:
Master of Business with IT project management and business analytics with WPMP foundation certification.
Additional Skills:
Career episodes with managing multiple clients while maintaining excellent relations with customers/clients.
Extraordinary vendor management skills as worked with both onshore and offshore teams in multiple time zones.
Leading and managing onshore and offshore teams in sprint planning, development, test planning & execution using Agile methodology.
Conduct regular team outings for team recognition and hard work.
Work closely with each team member ensuring there is no shortage of any trainings if needed to increase efficiency and maintain a positive supportive culture.
Ensuring that each team member has the required level of access to each application on time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Client Relations, Account and Relationship Management skills.
Identifying business needs and developing solutions for business SMB small & medium business units & large CRM/Software transformation programs.
Responsible for test planning every sprint and delivery.
Analyzing the project requirements with review of high-level Architectural design documents & providing feedback.
Responsible for making and delivering Test Agreements and Test Summary Reports with all approvals.
Managing all vendor billings and preparing quarterly budget reports for all temporary vendors.
Managing and maintaining relations with different departments of the organization.
Working closely with product owners and different Agile teams.
Driving the software development lifecycle using Agile methodology.
Experience in Agile/Scrum sprint planning and delivery.
Providing solutions with strategy for Dev/Ops team in platform development for best client experience.
Preparing Test strategy and test plan for SIT/UAT testing with writing and execution of test cases.
Coordinating Business teams for UAT test case execution and reporting.
Managing defects in Jira, HP ALM, Confluence and conducting defect triage meetings on a daily basis.
Organizing standup meetings.
Preparing Daily status report (DSR) to the management.
