We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Consultant you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex projects, offering expert insights and strategic solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Leveraging your expertise in economics, commercial analysis, technical proficiency and transformation processes, you will collaborate with clients to develop robust strategies, optimise project planning, and drive successful outcomes.
Your Impact
Lead and contribute to consulting engagements focused on infrastructure, project development, and organisational improvement initiatives across a range of industries including property, energy, transport, water, resources, and government services.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of client challenges, market trends, and project feasibility to inform strategic recommendations.
Provide expert guidance on economic, commercial, technical, and transactional aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Develop business strategies, business cases, and feasibility studies for new projects in both public and private sectors.
Translate business strategies into actionable business and operational models.
Contribute to complex transformation processes, change management, reorganisations, and performance optimisation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement evidence-based strategies aligned with client objectives.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
About You:
You will have at least, 3 years' experience in strategy consulting, project management, or a quantitative research and analytics function and a degree in the field of Economics, Business or a related field.
You will also have:
Proven track record of consulting engagements, delivering strategic insights, and driving successful project outcomes.
Expertise in economic analysis, commercial evaluation, technical assessment, and/or transaction advisory within infrastructure and project development contexts
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
Exceptional problem-solving orientation, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing junior team members
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for driving positive change
