If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you!Our Perth team are currently working on a range of exciting global projects and are seeking a highly creative mid-level landscape architect to join our studio.About UsASPECT Studios is a global design led, purpose orientated landscape architecture and urban design practice with studios across Australia, Asia, the Middle East and the UK. We believe in the power of design to enhance the lives of people and natural systems in an enduring way.Our Perth Studio is centrally located at the heart of the CBD, on the banks of the Derbarl Yerrigan in the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people. You'll gain exposure not only to local projects, but collaborate with teams interstate and overseas as part of our One Studio model.Support in the preparation of the project deliverables for large scale, local and international public realm projects at all project stages.Contribute and build on your digital design skills, planting, construction, and technical knowledge.Research and analyse geographical and ecological data for land, soil, vegetation and climate.Engage in cultural and community research, and traditional owner groups.Liaise with clients and external consultants.Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings.Contribute as part of a team, actively seek feedback, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and team activities.About YouSuccessful candidates will have at least 2+ years of post-graduate work experience, ideally with exposure to public realm and mixed-use projects. We work on larger scale urban design and city masterplanning projects, so an interest in these areas is a plus.We're looking for candidates with the following skills and qualities:Experience delivering landscape projects of varying scale from concept through to detailed design;Strong design and hand drawing skills, and fast-paced three-dimensional exploration;Must have solid experience in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Twin Motion and/or Lumion. Grasshopper, AutoCAD and BIM experience is highly desirable.Passion for design innovation and the world around us;Proactive, keen to learn with a growth mind-set;A good team player that thrives on collaboration within an open workplace culture;Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to engage at all levelsDegree qualification(s) in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design (or similar);Current Australian working rights (visa holders must have a minimum of 2 years working rights).Our workplace culture is extremely supportive, creative, and driven, so you can rest assured that your workmates will have your back and will help you to succeed in the role.
