This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving qualitative practice, manage a small team, and drive business growth while working with high-profile FMCG and retail clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead the qualitative research practice, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation.Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in qualitative methodologies.Take a hands-on approach to qualitative research, from design to analysis, ensuring high-quality insights.Manage and mentor a small team of qualitative researchers, fostering professional growth and development.Act as the day-to-day lead on key accounts, building strong client relationships.Manage and grow existing business, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service offerings.Required Skills & Experience:Qualitative Research Expertise:

Strong practitioner with hands-on experience in qualitative research, including methodologies such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography, and online communities.Industry Experience:

Proven track record working with FMCG and retail clients, delivering insights that drive business decisions.Leadership:

Experience in leading a team, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop junior researchers.Client Management:

Excellent client management skills, with a skill for building rapport and maintaining client relationships.Business Development:

Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive new business.Data Analysis & Reporting:
