Join the team As a Senior Compliance Officer, you'll be instrumental in the development and delivery of Kmart's priority compliance frameworks, leading the provision of guidance and training for the first line business teams, whilst managing day to day regulator interactions. A key accountability is maintaining compliance program documents and socialising these with responsible compliance officers, spearheading improvements across the Kmart and Target businesses.
You'll have the chance to make a real impact on how we operate and will play a pivotal role in supporting our compliance team's efforts to manage risks and enhance business partnerships.
