The RoleThe firm's competition practice has come from humble beginnings and steadily been growing over recent years with some key senior hires. They are now seen as one of the leading practices in the country.
The group work on high profile merger clearances and ACCC investigations across a variety of industries (including digital, energy & resources, healthcare, logistics and transport to name a few).
The firm's next area of development is to grow the Melbourne practice and is looking for a senior operator to assist the partner in developing and managing his practice. This would suit someone who is working in a top heavy team and looking to blaze their own path in a growing practice.
YouWe are interested in candidates who have the following:
between 5 and 10 years post admitted experienceideally experience in both merger clearance and disputes work (however not essential to be a master of both)experience from a leading law firm in Australia or overseas (foreign qualified lawyers with relevant experience will be considered)Melbourne based is preferred but happy to hear about candidates in other states tooThe SalaryThis firm will pay comparatively to the top-tier firms including sign on bonuses and relocation assistance (where appropriate)
