Job Description About The Project The M80 Ring Road Alliance (comprising ACCIONA, MACA, and AECOM) has been selected to design and construct the M80 Ring Road Completion.
The project will deliver a major upgrade of the M80 Ring Road between the M80 - Plenty Road interchange and the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, providing a seamless connection to North East Link. Works includes the construction of 14 kilometres of new lanes, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.

Key accountabilities Work closely with the project construction teams to understand the works program and provide timely and clear works notification s to residents and stakeholders .
Help develop Communications Action Plans to inform key stakeholders of upcoming works, associated issues, and the planned engagement approach.
Use outside the box thinking to contribute to innovative stakeholder engagement solutions.
Apply exceptional attention to detail to the writing, design, production and distribution of a range of communication collateral .
Successfully manage changing priorities .
Required Skills and Competencies Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills with a focus on collaboration .
Exce ptional written and verbal communication skills , with a keen eye for detail .
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines .
Tertiary qualification in communications or equivalent industry experience.
