The focus of the position will be to support our functional/non-commercial teams e.g. HR (primary focus), Operations, IT, Finance, etc. You will be responsible for optimising the functional departments across Arthrex APAC through the successful coordination, planning and execution of all aspects of corporate branding and communication in line with business imperatives and defined compliance parameters.
Example responsibilities: Developing and implementing strategies including a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with Arthrex's goals, values, and objectivesWorking with the APAC leadership team and APAC VP to organize regional town hall meetings quarterlyManaging Arthrex's social media accounts from a People & Culture and Talent Recruitment perspective including creating content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages as per the global communication guidelinesProject managing development & budget requirements of strategically aligned video contentCreation of email campaigns that effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, such as employees, senior leaders, and other departments as directed and requiredAnalyzing digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to determine the effectiveness of digital marketing strategiesCollaboration with graphic designer and other relevant stakeholders to create visually appealing digital content that effectively communicates with internal constituentsManagement of various communication channels, such as internal and external website content, the company intranet, email newsletters, bulletin boards (electronic) and town hall meetingsCreation of training materials, in partnership with HR and other functional stakeholders, that help employees understand new policies, procedures, and company initiativesAbout the Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of related experienceMedical device/healthcare/life science industry experience would be advantageousBachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Public Relations or JournalismAPAC/International work-experience will also be highly considered, along with a global mindset and cultural appreciationExcellent communication skills.
