Senior Communications Manager - Projects: Business & Wealth - 56060 Sydney  Full-time permanent Hybrid working model (2 – 3 days on-site) How will I help?
You will join a team with extensive change communication and project experience and be able to leverage the breadth of skills within a community of communication experts.
There is huge variety in this role, and you'll be able to work end-to-end on programs that are driving value for the Group.
You will need to be fluid and agile in your approach as you move to where the support is required and this means you may be working on one or more programs across customer and banker experience, risk & regulatory change and/or technology change.
You will also work closely with our Senior Executives, and you'll keep learning to grow, backed by a fantastic team of people with a can-do, supportive structure.
Key Responsibilities:    This is a fabulous role for a strategic thinker who is very hands-on with delivery.
You will be supported to work across various deliverables including: Communication strategy and engagement plans Developing key messages for internal and external stakeholders Delivery of All-In team events with live streaming Enhancing our online content.
Experience working in OBi is valuable Evaluating the effectiveness of change communications and driving continuous improvement.

What do I need?
The ability to embrace complexity and deliver a change narrative for a range of strategic programs and initiatives across the Business & Wealth Division.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and communication principles that help people work in new ways.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills including the ability to lead decision making relating to communications sign-off.
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Translating information into visually engaging content and driving this through a multi-channel approach (PowerPoint, video and other customer-centric tools).
