We're looking for a Senior Communications Adviser to join our team at the Rural Support Service, a division of SA Health concentrating on supporting regional Local Health Networks to provide great outcomes across the whole of regional and rural South Australia.
In this role you'll lead development and implementation of communications plans, strategies and activities, all focused on regional programs and services, ranging from promoting exciting careers projects to help attract and retain our regional workforce to creating awareness about virtual services which empower and support patients in the comfort of their own home.
Working within the Communications team, you'll provide expert communications advice to senior/executive staff, subject matter experts and project teams.
You'll write and produce compelling content for a host of channels including newsletters, briefings, web and intranet content and social media.
You'll work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve outcomes and meet project and communications milestones.
We're seeking someone with who can think on their feet and provide well thought-out solutions to complex communication problems and quickly build good working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Working across or understanding service provision to a large regional geographical area, or an interest in regional health, is not essential but would be considered a bonus!
