Senior Commercial Property Manager - Owner Side

Are you an experienced commercial Property & leasing Manager ready to take on a dynamic and diverse portfolio? Look no further! Our landlord clients are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead their team and manage a range of commercial and retail properties.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of 6 individuals including an APM & 5 maintenance managersManage the day-to-day and strategic performance of each asset component, ensuring optimal customer communication, engagement, and relationship management.Collaborate with the Owner to develop and deliver budgets, forecasts, business plans, and asset reporting.Lead leasing and capital expenditure initiatives across all assets, negotiating end-to-end lease agreements and driving revenue growth.Oversee the Customer Retention Plan, driving on-site and digital customer activations and initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team.Ensure the effective management of all assets in the portfolio, prioritising customer retention and satisfaction.Essential Requirements:Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Commercial and retail Property Management.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive solutions and problem-solving.Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline preferred.Excellent computer skills, with experience in MRI, Cirrus 8 software preferred.Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and operate at a high cadence.Budget reconciliation & Trust accounting exposure (highly advantageous)Perks & Benefits:$80,000 - $100,000 + Car allowancePlease call Hayley on 0410 789 088 for more information or email your CV to ****** All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
