About the JobAt SA Water, we are looking for an experienced leader to ensure maximum value from our multi-billion dollar contract arrangements supporting the capital delivery program. As the Head of our Commercial Management team in Capital Delivery, you will spearhead the development and implementation of commercial and contract management strategies, ensuring optimal business outcomes. This role is pivotal in maintaining effective performance analysis and reporting, driving the success of our capital projects. In addition, you will lead complex contract negotiations and disputes, mentoring your team to enhance their commercial management capabilities. Your ability to maintain effective working relationships with the broader business and industry stakeholders will be essential.
