Our Commercial Finance team plays an integral role in supporting business performance by partnering with our Sales team to deliver value. You will play a key role in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of our commercial sales.

How you will contribute Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions. Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies. Help the Commercial Finance Manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions. Support sales forecasts and annual plan submissions. Contribute to a high-performing Finance team; you will also invest in your personal development and the development of your Finance peers. What you will bring Excellent business acumen and influencing skills. Strong stakeholder management skills and high change agility. Financial acumen and commercial understanding. Accomplished in the identification of insights and opportunities for business performance improvement. Professionally qualified, CPA, CIMA, or CA preferred. A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring. BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business. LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. Team player with can-do mentality to deliver results. GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. PROBLEM SOLVING which is enjoyable to you and naturally you are driven and a self-starter. INTEGRITY and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
