The company is looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to help drive business optimisation and support strategic decision-making across its Australian operations.
Job Description As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will support the Commercial Manager in delivering key business insights and strategy execution. This role is critical to ensuring the company maximises its market position, manages its key contracts efficiently, and drives profitability through strategic analysis and effective contract management. You'll engage across various teams, ensuring compliance, optimising business processes, and managing long-term agreements.


Analyse market conditions and develop strategies to maximise business outcomesSupport the management of long-term commercial contracts, including preparing financial forecasts and ensuring adherence to contract obligationsBuild and maintain analytical models to support business decision-makingLiaise with key stakeholders and regulatory entities to ensure smooth business operationsProvide strategic support to enhance efficiency within internal systems and processes The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Commercial Analyst should have:
A degree in commerce, law, finance, engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, regulatory, or legal rolesExpertise in managing complex contracts and understanding risk managementProficient knowledge in financial reporting and data analysis.Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.Excellent communication and leadership skills.A deep understanding of the energy and natural resources industry.
