It is recognised as a key player in its sector nationally, with a track record of steady growth and operational success.In line with its solid business growth and further ambitious plans, a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst is sought, who will play an instrumental part in shaping the company's strategic future.Role Description:Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Management Team and other key stakeholders across this company, this will be a broad role which will require advanced commercial and financial capabilities, with the ability to provide actionable insights for business improvement.Operating with a high level of autonomy and a "hands-on, take ownership" mindset, you will be tasked with developing, maintaining and owning the Group's short, medium and long-term financial models.The commercial nature of this position ensures direct involvement in Group risk assessments and strategic decision making, as well as project performance evaluation, business opportunity assessment and market research and analysis.In addition to the analytical focus of this role, there will be the requirement to assist with monthly board reporting, analysing both commercial and financial performance, and preparing presentations and papers.The Senior Business Analyst will also play a key role in driving change management and business transformation. This will include providing input to the development and implementation of the ICT strategy to the extent that technology initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.About You:To be successful in this role, you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven record of driving results.
