Due to continued growth of the Benson Radiology Practice, we are seeking applications from experienced Commercial Analyst/Senior Commercial Analysts to join our Finance Team.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for providing commercial analysis, insights, and recommendations to a range of internal stakeholders to achieve growth of the Benson Radiology Practice.
The successful applicant will form part of the finance team and will have a strong peer relationship with both the Finance and Data & Analytics Manager. You will provide essential analysis, reporting and system support, driving impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities will incorporate: Business Partnering with key stakeholders including:
Obtaining a thorough knowledge of all clinics/modalities and service offerings. Oversee reviews of service offerings. Development of a framework to analyse branch and modality profitability. Analysis of results against profitability targets. Point of contact for commercial related matters including procurement contracts. Assisting in the provision of financial data to support decision making in executing the Strategy of the Practice.
Contributing to the implementation and assessment of efficient reporting systems and process improvements.
Engage with cost centre owners to conduct cost centre reviews throughout the year and feed insights into the annual budget process.
What do you need to be successful? You will be a strategic thinker with a passion of using data analytics to make a difference. You will have effective communication skills and the ability to build and foster relationships. As this is a new role to the business, you will be a self-starter and be comfortable working autonomously or as part of cross-functional teams.
Degree qualification in Commerce, Business or Accounting equivalent – essential. Post Graduate Qualification in a business-related discipline – preferred. Professional Qualification (CA or CPA) – essential (or studying towards). Experience in using cloud based financial and reporting systems. Strong command of excel for analysis and PowerPoint for presentations. Ability to interact professionally at all levels. Strong organisational and time management skills.
