You will be responsible to provide comprehensive financial accounting services with a focus on continuous improvement. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a superior client service delivery culture within the account team, with strong desire on cost savings initiatives and projects. This role will be based on-site with the client. This is a hybrid role offering flexible work arrangements, though you will spend more time in the office initially working with key stakeholders in getting the account operational. What this role involves: Support and partner with the Account Manager and work proactively towards the effective management of finance deliverables under the contract.Actively working with the key Account Managers to manage and achieve budget and forecast; this may entail working with them to identify potential risks and opportunities; and ensuring that they have visibility to their results.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including the accounts payable team, property managers, lease administration, facilities management, and client representatives.Support accounts payable and receivable functionsEnsure delivery of funding requests, and support invoice validation process where required.Ensure timely and accurate update of data including vendor, business unit and GL mapping lists.Manage Vendor Payment Process and financial management of Corrigo Work Orders.Support procurement with vendor management and vendor analysis.Prepare and distribute monthly timetables.Month end activities including accrual preparation, cost allocations, journal postings, P&L reporting with variance analysis and commentary, stakeholder meetings and balance sheet reconciliations.Prepare and review month end internal governance checklist.Maintain JD Edwards general ledger and ensure appropriate controls are being monitored.Manage client and corporate budget and forecast activities.Manage Corporate Month End, forecasting and budgeting processes and associated reporting to the Account Manager Collaborate with Account Director to execute cost saving initiatives and opportunities Sound like the job you are looking for?
