We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator (Oncology) with a passion for mentoring junior members to join this world-class Clinical Research Centre, dedicated to groundbreaking clinical research and improving patient outcomes.
You will be leading the management of multiple clinical trials, overseeing treatment administration, patient appointments, sample collection, and safety monitoring and play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing accurate data for the safety and efficacy analysis of trial interventions.
Guided by your expertise in Oncology phase-1 clinical trials, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members ensuring a smooth patient journey, including patient care, recruitment strategies and working with cross-functional stakeholders contributing to cutting-edge research across the clinical oncology operations.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:4-5 years of clinical trial management experience from either clinical research trial sites or hospital settings; Patient-facing experience and nursing background are required for this role.Experience in managing phase I oncology clinical trials.Managing competing priorities, and hitting the ground running in a fast-paced work environment.Adaptable and flexible to dynamic work environments and a collaborative working style with cross-functional stakeholders.Strong problem-handling skills showcasing proactiveness and use of initiative in managing complex issues.Quality and continuous improvement mindset and, Passion for mentoring junior members.To be considered for this role you must be based in Sydney, Australia, and work on-site 5 days a week. This role offers a competitive salary package with salary sacrifice of up to $16k per year, this means you can expense a portion of your salary on expenses to increase take-home pay.
