We currently have one (1) Fixed Term appointment available for 1.0 FTE (Full Time Equivalent). What is our Senior Clinical Psychologist role? We are seeking experienced Senior Clinical Psychologists to join the Behavioural Escalation Response Team (BERT) within the Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Healthcare Group (SCGOPHCG). The BERT Project is a pioneering initiative in Western Australia, designed to address work-related violence against healthcare workers. This innovative model of care emphasises prevention and effective escalation management through a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating diverse expertise including consultation-liaison psychiatry, nursing, and allied health professionals.
This position, with a high level of knowledge, experience, and competence, delivers highly advanced inpatient Clinical Psychology assessment and intervention services for Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH), within a multidisciplinary and professional team context. This includes providing consultation, liaison, and education on complex mental health/psychological disorders, as well as service coordination and supervision/training of Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars, and Trainees.

Area Profile SCGH is one of Australia's leading teaching tertiary hospitals.
