Women's and Children's Health Network, Allied Health, Paediatric Physiotherapy – North Adelaide - 5006 Salary - Classification - AHP3 - Allied Health Professional L3 - $104,180 to $111,746 pro rata Employment Part time (22.5 hours per week, 35 weeks of this calendar year) - Term Contract (temporary up to 31 Dec 2025) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Allied Health – Paediatric Physiotherapy team as Senior Clinical Educator, Paediatric Physiotherapy where you will be responsible for clinical education services to UniSA physiotherapy students allocated to the Women's and Children's Hospital, while also providing expert physiotherapy services to children with musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental needs and their families. The 35 paid weeks of this contract align to the placement blocks.
About You To be eligible for this role, you will have an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia, with demonstrated experience in:
Specialist paediatric musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental physiotherapy assessment, management and advice to patients and their families / carers. The coordination of educational activities for multiple students on professional placements. The co-ordination and facilitation of group therapy and hydrotherapy sessions for children. The use of standardised assessment tools used in Neuro-developmental Physiotherapy e.g. AIMS, HINE, Movement ABC-2, TGMD.
