The Client Solutions teams are at the forefront of our companies' successful and ongoing growth strategy. Our focused role is to work closely with prospect clients to present and demonstrate the capabilities of the platform. Building on our extensive industry experience, we help our clients align their tactical and strategic business challenges with the Fenergo Product.
What does this role entail?Working directly with the Regional APAC Client Solutions Lead, Head of Sales for APAC, and Australasia sales team, to plan and execute sales opportunities from qualification through to closure within the region.Clearly communicate the product capabilities of the Fenergo platform and align these with client-specific needs through RFP responses, product demonstrations, solutioning workshops, and project scope assessments.Deliver "Proof of Concept" and "Proof of Value" services based on high-level specifications with limited details, working closely with our technical teams.Lead and conduct onsite engagements to understand customer processes, requirements, and facilitate architecture/solution discussions to identify client challenges and opportunities.Work with prospect clients to align their tactical and strategic challenges through implementing the Fenergo product across their organization.Proactively scope the functional and technical requirements to address customer needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Fenergo.Maintain and expand working knowledge of the Fenergo product and provide feedback to the product organization on enhancements.Take ownership and responsibility for quality and usability of all prospect/client deliverables within Australasia.Desired Experience7+ years of experience with proven success in software sales to the financial services industry.Strong sales experience in A/NZ working with complex customers and segments of their business.Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted internal and external relationships.Results-driven, self-starter that can excel in a fast-paced environment.Dynamic interpersonal skills including assertiveness, impactful communication, and high energy level.What's in it for you?Comprehensive health coverage for employees and their dependents.Access to Private Health Insurance through GU Health for employees and their dependents.Life Assurance coverage.Generous annual leave entitlement of 23 days.Flexible Work from Home Policy allowing for up to 4 days per month.Enjoy the benefit of flexible working hours.Upon joining, employees will receive a Work from Home allowance (approximately AUD 780).Diversity, Equality, and InclusivityFenergo is an equal opportunity employer.
