The Role
As the Senior Client Service Administrator (CSA), you'll provide administrative support to the niche team of experienced Financial Advisors, working closely with their high net worth clients. Organise and prepare for client meetings, liaise with clients to gather relevant information, liaise with Accountants, Lawyers and Stockbrokers, maintain client information on the database and assist in the implementation of advice and preparation of documents etc.
Responsibilities
Coordinate pre and post review meetings with clients Prepare files, documentation and checklists for client review meetings Process new and existing client application forms Liaise with Accountants, Lawyers and Stockbrokers to gather information as required Assist with the implementation of SOA's Produce quarterly reports for upcoming client reviews Update and maintain client information in CRB and Sharepoint (establish new files, record & update review dates etc) Mailbox collection/drop-off Placing trades for client portfolios Ensuring compliance requirements are met and noted
Skills and Experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join a supportive and professional firm that offers great flexibility and career progression. You'll need to have experience supporting Financial Advisors and be familiar with implementation of advice documentation etc, along with intermediate MS Office.
