About the Role We are recruiting for multiple roles across our Finance department. As a Specialist Finance Planning & Reporting your purpose is to contribute to the collection, processing and analysis of financial data, the delivery of plans aligned with company outcomes and execution of ongoing business improvement opportunities across our organisation.
Your accountability will include:
 
Apply an understanding of the business context and end-to-end value chain to deliver value maximising opportunities. Analyse and model data to draw out insights and solutions that address hypotheses and business challenges. Develop and communicate insights that guide data driven action and decision making. Define and structure business problems to understand what can be addressed using analytics. Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders. Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation. Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste. Knows our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs. About You As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
Relevant experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting. An understanding and drive for Continuous Improvement. Previous experience around analysis skills. Confident in presenting results and recommendations. Ability to engage and work with business Stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively as part as a global team as well as autonomously as required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics or Data Analytics discipline.  What is on offer?
