Immediate start! PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: You are responsible for engaging with clients to ensure effective service at all stages of the process.
Responsibilities include tenancy management; liaison with clients when tenancies breakdown; and responding to complaints.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Engage with services and match clients to ensure sustainable tenancies.
Undertake assessments of complex client needs to support sustainable tenancies, match housing and wrap-around services.
Liaise directly with clients and monitor and mitigate all housing debt to assist sustainable tenancies.
Maintain management and client visits to ensure property standards are being upheld.
Responds to written and verbal complaints, and when necessary, connects with other business units to agree on communication strategies.
Accurately prepare tenancy related documentation as required.
Manage files and track documentation as required.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Ability to deliver high quality customer service and support to a diverse range of clients.
Demonstrated high level and effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with clients and with support services.
Proven high quality organisational skills, including demonstrated capacity for attention to detail, experience in meeting tight deadlines and achieving results.
Demonstrated ability to develop an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures and the ability to apply these effectively in the workplace.
Demonstrated ability to undertake research and analysis into operational matters and provide sound advice.
