Main responsibilities include:
Manage an ongoing portfolio of Personal Injury claims, prioritizing resolution and stakeholder interests.
Implement a customer-focused method, giving priority to early action and the concerns of all stakeholders.
Assessing liability and damages, and settling claims within authorized limits promptly and efficiently.
Stay informed about legal changes affecting personal injury claims.
The ideal candidate:
Ideally 2 years legal experience, post qualification.
Experience within personal injury law, an advantage.
Strong experience in end-to-end claims management an advantage, but not required.
Proficiency in handling claims independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
