About the role

You'll be joining an engineering office in Rockhampton as an Engineering Manager or Senior Civil Engineer who wants to step into a leadership capacity.

You'll provide technical engineering guidance, project management, and business development, including managing, growing, and guiding a team of engineers.

The ideal person for this role will have a background in land development type projects across all sectors including commercial, industrial, and residential.
Senior-level experience as a Civil Engineer with strong capability to manage, guide, and grow a team is essential.
