You will be working as part of the Community Development team. This role will suit an experienced Civil Engineer with general urban, land and subdivision design along with project management experience.

Your Responsibilities:Civil design, design coordination of urban, land and subdivision projects, from feasibility through to constructionProject management of Civil projects through the design stage including preparation of design briefs, completion of design reviews, procuring suitable resources subconsultants, management of the design deliverables and preparation / review of invoicesPreparing technical reports and specificationsCoordinating between disciplines on multidisciplinary projectsUndertaking and managing site inspectionsLiaising with authorities and stakeholders to coordinate the approval of designs.Developing of key technical reports for clientsManaging projects to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects in accordance with Client requirements and company processesPreparing fee estimates and proposalsAbout you:Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and the delivery of projects, ideally within urban, land and subdivisionsExperience and a sound understanding of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modelling and constructionProject management skillsWell-developed written and verbal communication skills including report writingBachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalentYour CareerIn return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a permanent position working for a leading company that offers an excellent remuneration package and clear career progression opportunities and training.
