This role will see you work across the technology delivery portfolio and the wider business to drive the IT change agenda for the business. This role will deliver change management strategies that ensure the uptake of new technologies by the end user community.Key Responsibilities:Allocation of resources and planning that will see you prioritise requirements.Set the Change management strategy in line with business requirements.Define success metrics and prepare progress reports that measure performance for your stakeholders.Influence senior leaders and key decision makers during the execution of your role.Analyse and document the impact on proposed technology changes.Provide leadership and coaching to the change team to ensure the delivery of initiatives.Collaborate with the Org Change Team to build change capability across the business.Run training workshops and deliver educational programs.About YouYou will be a certified Organisational Change Professional.You're experienced with the above listed tasks, where you have performed a leadership or management role.You have experience working on a large scale SAP S4 Hana implementation.You have an outstanding communication style and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.What's in it for you?6 month contractCirca $1000 per dayHighly innovative Australian employerWestern Sydney Location – Impressive workspaceClose to a main public transport hubExciting program of work.
