Do work that matters: As a Senior Change Manager, you will lead initiatives impacting thousands of people, giving you the opportunity to use your agile mindset, think creatively, and deliver high-quality change interventions that are fit for purpose. Working closely with the Product Owners, scrum teams, and key stakeholders to understand and manage the change for your initiative, you will lead the approach and delivery ensuring effective and sustainable embedding of change.
This key role will manage various critical elements of the delivery of our change programs and responsibilities include:
Lead the effective delivery of the change solution; working cross-functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved. Facilitate change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach; developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption. Provide change advice to delivery teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders; working as a key business partner/advisor. Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed. Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success. Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications, and reference material). Facilitate change workshops and support the facilitation of end-user training or upskilling of subject matter experts as required to enable the required capability/skill transfer for the change. Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress/adoption/sustainability. May lead change delivery resources and portfolios of change across varied technologies and teams. Coaching and influencing at various stakeholder levels to achieve outcomes required for the change. Be an active participant of the Change team and Change Practice, contributing to advancing Change Management at CBA. We're interested in hearing from people who: Are proactive and autonomous in approach to deliver outcomes Have an agile mindset and familiarity with agile practices Have influential stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills Have a creative approach and the ability to communicate familiar material in new and original ways Have proven experience in delivering Technology change and communication strategies in large and complex environments Have knowledge and experience in using communications and engagement tools, in particular Microsoft SharePoint, Viva Engage, Viva Amplify, etc. Working with us: We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our Sydney office.
