Senior Change Manager - Artificial Intelligence Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Sydney, Australia See yourself in our teamThe Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for shaping and delivering an integrated and consistent approach for the Group's data, analytics and AI capability. This role sits in the CDAO Transformation and Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Chapter Lead responsible for the Group's AI transformation and change effort. In this roleYou will be supporting key AI transformation and change work that will accelerate AI adoption across the Bank. This role is integral to transforming how CommBank stakeholders unlock the value of AI, ultimately supporting the Bank's ambition to become the best AI bank in the world. Do work that mattersAs a Senior Change Manager you support the AI Practice, Generative AI Domain, and broader Decision Science team to help drive AI adoption and embedment across the Group for our people and customers. On any given day, you will: Ensure the people-related benefits and risks of various AI changes are well-understood and managed Design, integrate and execute effective change strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed AI changes and initiatives Own the identification, engagement and management of stakeholders across the AI Platforms, Domain, Crews and in the business Influence the stakeholder experience by being the voice of the customer Own the AI change transition and adoption through integrated strategic and tactical communications, engagement, coaching, training and tracking metrics Lead the development of AI change artefacts Support the development of change governance documentation Report on the effectiveness of the change management discipline using metrics and data Collaborate across the CDAO Transformation and Change CoE to build an exceptional culture and drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving We're interested in hearing from people who have: Experience in data and AI transformation and change programs and projects (highly advantageous) Advanced understanding and application of change management methodologies Exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages Thought leadership, strong communication and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential to be successful in the role Ability to consult, influence and drive change with Domain stakeholders, leadership and business stakeholders Strong experience in complex change planning and delivery Understanding of the various impacts of change and business drivers in Technology is beneficial Experience in planning for and conducting workshops, facilitating working groups, designing stakeholder engagement and training and driving communication Sound organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise Sound understanding of and experience working in Agile Working with usWe offer flexible work options, including spending at least half your time each month in the office.
