Option to work 2 days from home after training and induction is completed.

About the role Our Resilient Families program delivers targeted, voluntary child protection services to families with children who are at high risk of entering or escalating within the statutory child protection system. The program aims to reduce risks and strengthen families to reduce the number of children entering Out of Home Care.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Worker, Psychologist, Case Worker or Case Manager to become a Senior Case Worker within our Family Preservation Program. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of Social Workers, Case Managers and Psychologists with a supportive Management and Practice Leadership Unit to support you.

Duties Undertake an initial assessment of family strengths and needs. Develop case plans that build on the family's resilience. Collaborate with the other Senior Case Workers to ensure best practice and a strong culture of continuous improvement. Support the senior team with broader program and process development, review, and implementation. Skills and Experience We want you to be successful in your new role! This means, as an experienced Social Worker, Psychologist, Case Worker or Case Manager you will have:

Strong background in delivering Child Protection services to vulnerable families. Excellent IT skills and ability to use technology in service delivery. Ability to work unsupervised and remotely. High level of professional accountability and integrity and a belief that every parent has potential.
